The Netfinity FAStT500 Raid Controller Unit offers a data transfer rate of up to 100 MB/sec per controller and a maximum bandwidth of 300 MB/sec per controller. It supports RAID levels 0, 1, 3, 5, and 10 and features 256 MB of write-back cache per controller with battery backup.
