The Cisco Firewall Security System bundles allow customers to order a 10-Gbps system with a single product identifier. 10-Gbps bundle includes a Cisco Catalyst 6513 Switch, fan tray, Supervisor Engine 720-3BXL, and two Firewall Services Modules (FWSMs). Each bundle can be configured with up to four FWSMs to deliver 20 Gbps of performance.The FWSM for Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches is a high-performance, integrated stateful inspection firewall with application and protocol inspection engines, providing 5.5 Gbps of throughput; 100,000 connections per second; and one million concurrent connections.
